Nanan STEM Academy Receives Award at Moose Jaw Business Excellence Awards Gala

The Moose Jaw Business Excellence (MJBEX) Awards Gala is an annual event that recognizes outstanding businesses in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. The event is a celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and excellence in the business community. This year, the 21st annual MJBEX gala was held on April 19, 2023, and it was a night to remember. One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the “Hell Yeah” award to Nanan STEM Academy Inc. as featured in Discover Moose Jaw and Moose Jaw Today.

Nanan STEM Academy is a unique education institution that specializes in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. The academy is known for its innovative teaching methods and dedicated teachers. Nanan STEM Academy offers a comprehensive STEM curriculum to students from kindergarten to grade 12, preparing them for the challenges of the 21st century.

There were 14 different categories of awards at the gala. One of the categories named the “Hell Yeah” award was sponsored by ScotiaBank, and it recognizes businesses that have demonstrated innovation and community involvement. Furthermore, the award is given to businesses that have achieved remarkable success and have made a significant contribution to the Moose Jaw business community.

Shaun Nanan, the academic director of Nanan STEM Academy, expressed his gratitude for the recognition. “We are truly honored to receive this award,” he said. “This reflects the hard work and dedication that the team has put into providing quality education to children.”

The MJBEX Awards Gala is more than just a celebration of business excellence; it is a showcase of the best of Moose Jaw. The event brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members to celebrate the achievements of the Moose Jaw business community.
