See Your Future Education and Career Fair: Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders

The See Your Future Education and Career Fair brought together more than 2,000 high school students at each location in Saskatoon and Regina, Saskatchewan. The event was held on October 27, 2025, at TCU Place in Saskatoon and on October 28, 2025, at the Queensbury Convention Centre in Regina. Students from across the province attended to explore opportunities in education, training, and future careers.

This year’s fair featured 104 exhibitor booths in each location, representing universities, colleges, and organisations from across Canada. The atmosphere was filled with energy as students engaged in conversations, asked thoughtful questions, and experienced what different career paths could look like.

Nanan Academy had a popular booth at both venues. The Academy invited students to explore technology through hands-on activities. Visitors learned to code interactive games using Scratch, programmed robots using the mBot, and took control of the Unitree Go2 Air robot dog. Students were also introduced to drone technology, learning how to program autonomous flight paths and explore the connection between software and real-world motion.

These experiences reflected what Nanan Academy is all about: Learning by doing, sparking creativity, and inspiring curiosity through innovation. The booth gave students a sense of how technology can be exciting, engaging, and empowering.

There was a See Your Future Main Stage Event, themed “Your Future. Your Way.” The panel brought together educators and industry leaders who shared their personal experiences and insights with students. Panelists included Soren Skaret from the University of Alberta, Randi Ross from the Gabriel Dumont Institute Training & Employment, and Shaun Nanan from Nanan Academy. The sessions were moderated by Daria Malin from Boost Strategic Coaching in Saskatoon and Candyce Bakke from The Style Academy in Regina. The discussions focused on bridging culture with technology and using education as a tool for social change.

The See Your Future Education and Career Fair remains an impactful event for youth in Saskatchewan. It connects students with post-secondary institutions, training opportunities, and employers, guiding them toward their next steps with confidence and clarity. For Nanan Academy, the fair was a meaningful opportunity to continue its mission—to foster our future leaders.
